When you arrive at the Kennels / Cattery you will be asked what your Pet is fed on. Although we stock a vast choice of pet foods, it is your responsibility to make sure we stock what your Pet is fed on. We strongly recommend your Pet be kept on the same diet. If we do not stock the food you feed, we would normally request you bring enough for the duration of your Pet’s stay.
All dogs must have up to date vaccinations against Rabies, Distemper, and Parvo prior. We also insist on an up to date Kennel Cough vaccine which is separate from the general booster vaccination.
Cat Vaccinations must safeguard against Cat Flu and Feline Enteritis, we do not insist upon the vaccination for Feline Leukaemia.
We must be provided with a copy of these records either their vaccination card or medical history before being able to confirm a booking. Proof of vaccination records can be uploaded when completing the Pet Details form.
All Animals must be covered by a known flea treatment and this should be administered at least a week before coming into the Kennels / Cattery.
Pets with special needs can be accommodated and medicines can be administered. We have constructed specially adapted facilities to best look after these special pets.
We have cared for pets with epilepsy, diabetes, amputated limbs, no exercise programme due to ligament damage, blind and deaf, very elderly and heavily pregnant pets with pups/kittens imminent and those needing round-the-clock supervision.
We take as many pictures and videos as possible during your pet(s) stay and will update you while they are with us. During busy periods there may be a delay due to the large volume of boarders requiring updates also.
Our site is located along a private road with gated access. Three is also another set of large gates just before the office entrance that has an automatic locking pedestrian gate for customer access.
Throughout the premesis there is 24 hour CCTV surveillance and all exit gates are alarmed and locked after closing time.
The owner of the business lives on site so there is constant supervision of the premesis.
